Questions & Answers
Do I need to design the table myself?
A: Not at all.
Our process is designer-curated, which means you don’t design the table—we do.
You simply share how the table will be used, the atmosphere you’re drawn to, and any preferences you have.
Our designers translate that into a cohesive, balanced design.
What if I don’t know how to describe what I want?
A: That’s completely okay—and very common.
Our designers are trained to interpret general preferences, moods, and even abstract ideas.
You don’t need technical terms or clear instructions.
If you can describe how you want the table to feel, that’s enough.
Will I see the design before production starts?
A: Yes. Always.
You’ll receive a custom design preview showing the overall layout, proportions, and design direction.
Production begins only after you approve the design.
Can I request changes to the design?
A: Yes.
You can request minor adjustments such as color tone, overall balance, or base style.
If the direction doesn’t feel right, you may also request a new design concept.
Our goal is to arrive at a design you feel confident approving.
Will the finished table look exactly like the preview?
A:
The preview represents the design concept and proportions, not an exact replica.
Because we work with solid wood and hand-poured resin, natural variations in grain and flow are part of what makes each table truly one of a kind.
How long does the design and approval process take?
Design previews are typically ready within 1–2 business days after receiving your brief.
The approval stage depends on feedback, but most clients complete it within 1-2 rounds of refinement.
When does production start?
A:
Production begins only after the design is approved and any required payment milestones are completed.
This ensures that what we build aligns fully with your expectations.
What if I’m not satisfied with the initial design?
A:
That’s exactly why the design stage exists.
If the first concept doesn’t feel right, we’ll adjust or explore a new direction based on your feedback—before any materials are cut.
Is my table truly one of a kind?
A:Yes.
Every table is designed individually and crafted from unique wood slabs.
No two designs—or finished pieces—are ever identical.
Is this service suitable for commercial or large spaces?
A: Absolutely.
Our designer-curated process is well suited for large dining tables, conference tables, and statement pieces for commercial environments.
