At CUSTOM EPOXY TABLE, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every epoxy table we create. All products are covered by a 6-month limited warranty under normal residential use.
Below are the details of our warranty policy.
Warranty Coverage
CUSTOM EPOXY TABLE warrants to the original purchaser that our products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for six (6) months from the date of delivery, subject to the exclusions listed below.
This warranty applies only when the product is used under normal indoor conditions and according to proper care guidelines.
Warranty Exclusions
The following conditions are not covered by this warranty:
Custom or Non-Standard Components
Custom-designed or third-party components not included in our standard offerings.
Environmental Exposure
Damage caused by outdoor use, prolonged direct sunlight, excessive heat, humidity, or moisture.
All CUSTOM EPOXY TABLE products are intended for indoor use only.
Natural Wood Characteristics
Variations in grain, knots, texture, or natural color differences are inherent to solid wood and are not considered defects.
Improper Cleaning or Maintenance
Use of solvents, alcohol, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaning tools on the resin or wood surface may void the warranty.
Accidental or Improper Use
Damage caused by misuse, physical impact, neglect, modification, or improper handling after the product leaves our facility.
Warranty Claims Process
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team and provide the following information:
Full contact details
Item number and product description
A clear written explanation of the issue
Photos or videos showing the defect
Proof of purchase, including order number and purchase date
All claims must be submitted within the warranty period.
CUSTOM EPOXY TABLE reserves the right to inspect the product and determine, at our discretion, whether the item will be repaired or replaced.
Repair Services
For minor issues such as small cracks, surface imperfections, or finish-related concerns, CUSTOM EPOXY TABLE offers complimentary repair services, including necessary materials such as resin, paint, or sealants, when applicable.
Care & Usage Guidelines
To ensure the longevity and beauty of your table, please follow these care recommendations:
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, moisture, or extreme temperatures
Clean regularly using a soft cloth and neutral, non-abrasive cleaner
Do not place sharp or heavy objects directly on the surface
Periodically check table hardware and tighten screws if necessary
Important Notes
Dimensional Tolerance
A manufacturing tolerance of ± ½ inch applies to tabletop dimensions and base height. Exact specifications must be clearly noted at the time of order.
Shipping Damage
If visible damage is found upon delivery, please note it on the delivery receipt before signing, and document the damage with clear photos. This information is required for any shipping-related claims.
