At CUSTOM EPOXY TABLE, we specialize in delivering large, handcrafted epoxy tables safely and reliably. Below is everything you need to know about production, shipping timelines, and delivery conditions.

 

 

Shipping Coverage

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the Continental United States (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and remote areas).


 

Production & Delivery Time

All tables are made to order.

Production time: 15–25 days (after final design approval)
Shipping time: 25–30 days
Estimated total delivery time: 40–55 days

Please note that timelines are estimates and may vary depending on customization and logistics conditions.


 

Delivery Method

All tables are shipped via freight carrier due to their size and weight.

Delivery is made to curbside or driveway only.

Drivers are not responsible for bringing items indoors.

Each delivery is handled by one driver, and unloading assistance is not included.

We highly recommend having 2-4 Capable people present at the time of delivery.


 

Customer Responsibility (Unloading)

Due to the size and weight of our products, customers are responsible for unloading the table upon delivery.

We strongly recommend arranging 2–4 able-bodied people to assist at the time of delivery.

 

If the delivery truck cannot access your exact location due to:

Narrow streets
Steep or hilly terrain
Construction or road restrictions

Delivery may be completed at the nearest accessible point.


 

Taxes & Duties

All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP).

This means:

No additional customs duties
No import taxes
No hidden fees upon delivery


 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

Tracking updates may take 1–2 days to appear.
Freight shipments may have limited tracking visibility depending on the carrier.


 

Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

Address changes are only possible before shipment.
Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.
